Job Summary
Lead multi-channel content strategy and editorial roadmap, owning the master content calendar and governance for a consumer-content ecosystem. Write and produce high-quality content firsthand, mentor a small internal team and coordinate with AI engineering to scale localization and distribution. Collaborate with Product, CX, Lifecycle Marketing, SEO/AEO teams to drive integrated campaigns, define and evolve brand voice, and monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, retention, conversion) to grow brand trust and business impact. Expect experience shaping content architecture, establishing centralized workflows, and overseeing cross-functional content initiatives across written, video, and audio formats. Base compensation ranges from $102,700 to $202,400 with an incentive opportunity around 15% of base pay; location and experience will inform final pay.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience specifically in content strategy, information architecture, or content operations within a DTC/B2C environment
- At least 1–2 years managing direct reports or contractors
- Proven experience designing complex, multi-channel editorial calendars and content matrices across written, video, and audio channels
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with Product, CX, and AEO/SEO leaders to integrate needs into a singular roadmap
- Open and experimental mindset toward generative AI and ability to pilot AI tools for content planning, asset mapping, and workflow automation
- Systems thinking: understanding of CMS, customer journey mapping, and impact on SEO and user experience
