Job Summary
Manage ongoing operational communication with signed supply partners regarding library readiness, metadata, content refreshes, and broader partner activities. Maintain accurate supplier profiles and internal documentation while tracking catalog details, rights information, and delivery status to ensure content is complete and accurate for downstream workflows. Coordinate supplier support for initial library delivery and ongoing updates, monitor supplier lifecycle milestones, and facilitate operational handoffs across internal teams for onboarding and customer delivery. Identify opportunities to improve supplier workflows and documentation as the Data Partner Network scales. This role serves as an operational bridge between partners and internal teams to support Shutterstock's AI ecosystem growth.
