Senior Manager, Consulting Delivery

Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of research analysts to produce custom research and analysis deliverables while ensuring operational excellence and on-time project completion. Proactively leverage capacity forecasting models to anticipate resource needs and collaborate with stakeholders to understand project pipelines. Use a capabilities decision matrix to enhance delivery efficiency and spearhead automation initiatives to improve process scalability. Partner with I&A Operations and the Automation team to evolve business processes, optimize quality and timelines, and standardize workflows through training and documentation. Oversee the execution of high-quality consulting projects that meet client specifications and drive measurable outcomes for technology buyers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams of research analysts
- 10+ years of experience in market research, data analysis methodologies, and consulting delivery
- Demonstrable expertise in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across research, consulting, and technical teams
- Proficiency with analytical methodologies, tools, and data visualization techniques
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple consulting projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
