Job Summary
Define and lead the statutory consolidation process, coordinating with Accounting, Group Controlling, Tax, and Treasury teams to plan closing operations and distribute instructions to subsidiaries. Ensure the production of IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements by managing monthly and annual closings, calculating entries for external growth operations, and supervising intercompany reconciliation. Perform necessary controls to maintain data reliability and serve as the primary point of contact for External Auditors. Collaborate with M&A and Corporate Development departments while conducting methodical monthly reviews of transverse analyses including Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Tax Proof. This strategic, hands-on role within a lean French-Indian team requires complex consolidation expertise and autonomy in a fast-growing, agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven technical expertise in international consolidation & reporting
- At least 10-12 years' experience in Group Consolidation (Corporate Center or Big 4 Audit)
- Proven experience on HFM (Hyperion), SAP FC (BFC), OneStream, or Tagetik
- Experience in an international environment, i.e. regular interaction with entities around the globe
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally: ability to listen, understand, coordinate, lead and adapt to your contacts
- Ability to analyze and propose solutions with autonomy and thoroughness
- Working in fast-growing, agile environments, and you're able to adapt and react quickly
- Good written and oral communication skills (you can lead meetings in English)
