Job Summary
As a Senior Manager in Compliance (AML Operation), you will be responsible for establishing AML processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while managing the AML team. Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, developing standard operating procedures, managing internal and external communications, and conducting daily AML operations such as KYC and transaction monitoring. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AML, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in anti-money laundering (AML), banking, or internal control systems
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Skilled in developing and implementing processes
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter, ambitious, and flexible
Desired Qualifications
- CAMS Certification
