Job Summary
Execute, govern, and enhance Fidelity's Executive Compensation and Shareholder programs by analyzing complex data, supporting processes, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure program competitiveness and compliance. Manage risk activities, oversee executive pay initiatives, and collaborate with Business Unit Compensation teams, HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to align enterprise objectives. Deliver executive-ready materials while maintaining discretion over highly confidential information within a regulated environment. This onsite role requires 5-7 years of related experience and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools like Workday and Compensation Planner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of related work experience, preferably in HR or Compensation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of internal HR tools such as Workday, WIA/WFDL, and Compensation Planner
- Experience utilizing external market data and compensation survey sources
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable conclusions
- High degree of accuracy and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work across a large organization and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials
- Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to build relationships and consult with all levels of the organization
- Strong program/project management skills
- Ability to listen and respond effectively to information, and to give and receive feedback
