Job Summary
Manage the global Compensation & Benefits strategy by overseeing annual bonus and salary review cycles while ensuring market-relevant and consistent pay structures. Lead global C&B initiatives including variable compensation system analysis, incentive model implementation, and the development of attractive employee benefits. Conduct benchmarking studies, manage external vendors, and maintain accurate pay logic within the HR Management System. Support organizational development by driving job architecture, job evaluation, and salary band derivation. Deliver training and clear communication materials to HR teams and leadership to foster transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Personalwesen, Volkswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Ausgiebige Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Job-Architektur, Stellenbewertung, Benchmarking und Vergütungsstrukturen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS-Excel und MS-Powerpoint sowie in der Anwendung von Workday oder ähnlichen HRIS-Systemen
- Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke
