Job Summary
Manage the Tory Burch Foundation's digital community on Circle, fostering engagement between Fellows, advisors, and partners through content calendars, milestone rituals, and platform optimization. Partner with the VP of Experience to co-create the community framework, design onboarding and mentorship experiences, and implement feedback loops via surveys and pulse checks. Drive an aggressive growth mandate by identifying new channels, expanding the Fellows cohort, and deepening Pathway programming while owning relevant KPIs. Translate community insights into strategic development plans to scale the network and support women entrepreneurs.
Required Qualifications
- Successful track record managing communities
- Experience mobilizing communities around a shared mission
- Demonstrated success managing community and platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic, scale-oriented community-building initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience representing an organization across multiple channels
- Self-Starter – must manage up
- Action and detail oriented
- Pro-active problem-solver
- Experience in live event and meeting software including Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
- High sense of urgency, timeliness and commitment to follow-through
- Highly collaborative team player
Desired Qualifications
- Background in Communications, Sociology, Customer Success or related field
