The role entails negotiating pricing and multi-year contracts, identifying savings opportunities in software licensing and maintenance, providing market and industry insights for strategy development, responding to internal inquiries for contract information, and ensuring software risk and compliance are managed. It also includes mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements within a diverse, global services environment.
