Job Summary
Senior Manager, Commercialization Data Product – Omnichannel Data leads end-to-end data product delivery on the Databricks platform, ensuring HCP, patient, media, and digital channel data are curated, governed, and ready for commercial analytics. Partners across Omnichannel Excellence, Brand, CASA Analytics, BIT, Media, Digital, and Market Access to enable data-driven omnichannel decision-making at scale, and supports governance, data pipelines, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and multi-channel data integration. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into data product specs, governing data assets, enabling self-service analytics, monitoring data freshness, and ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Life Sciences, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years in data products, commercial analytics, or data engineering in pharma or life sciences
- Omnichannel marketing and analytics experience — digital media, search, social, CRM, HCP/patient engagement
- Strong fluency on Databricks data management: data pipelines, Unity Catalog, curated layer design
- Track record delivering data products end-to-end in an agile, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with data governance, data catalog platforms, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate multi-channel data into clear, actionable insights
