Job Summary
Senior Manager, Commercial Training responsible for developing and delivering Commercial training across US operations. Lead the creation and execution of training programs, including initial new hire training to ensure disease and product knowledge. Design, coordinate, and certify training materials such as leaders’ guides and participant guides; drive blended learning approaches (virtual, regional, face-to-face, and national meetings) and ensure alignment with brand strategy. Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to field and home-office teams; embed Best Practices in account management and selling skills into the sales process; track training effectiveness and maintain compliant training records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Compliance) to develop resources and national/POA plans; manage timelines, resources, and budgets; work with agency partners and vendors as needed. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience, prior sales and sales training experience, onsite hybrid work in Morristown, NJ (3 days/wk), and travel up to 20%. Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital platforms (Veeva, Teams, Zoom), with strong communication and project leadership skills; ability to adapt complex content for diverse audiences and operate effectively in cross-functional environments.
