Job Summary
Senior Manager, Commercial SMB responsible for leading SMB sales strategy and revenue growth across APAC, delivering on SMB targets, building and empowering a high-performing team, managing SMB P&L, developing go-to-market plans, and driving client-centric solutions for SMB clients. The role emphasizes strategic sales execution, cross-functional collaboration (including Marcom), pipeline management, and engagement with clients up to C-Suite, leveraging NielsenIQ retail data insights. Strong leadership, business development, and data-driven decision-making are required to drive revenue and customer satisfaction in a global, borderless environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
- 5-8 years of working experience and proven sales results
- Strategic sales and business development competency
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills and ability to converse with stakeholders in clients’ organizations, up to C-Suite level
- Knowledge and understanding of strategy and the use of market data
