Senior Manager, Commercial Services

Lead a team of Account Managers in structuring credit, managing operations, and overseeing moderate to highly complex commercial accounts. Provide guidance, coaching, and development to ensure business results and professional objectives are achieved for the unit. Manage a book of business in alignment with credit and operational risk policies while driving growth through strong pipeline management and sales coaching. Execute customer experience targets by resolving operational and credit issues, championing sales platforms, and developing creative solutions that meet customer needs. Set service and control standards, maintain relationships with internal and external partners, and act as the primary escalation point for significant sales, risk, and exception matters.
