Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy

Job Summary
Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting solutions while partnering with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into actionable insights. Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases, including trend analysis and reporting automation, embedding these insights into dashboards and recurring reviews to support faster decision-making. Collaborate with data, IT, and vendor partners to ensure reliable data integration and manage external vendors on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain reporting and AI governance standards for KPI definitions, data quality, access, and privacy while monitoring usage and feedback to guide enhancements. Provide training to increase adoption of self-service reporting and AI-enabled analytics. Requires 6-8 years of experience with SQL and Power BI; hybrid onsite in Stoughton, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Master's degree in related field
- 6-8 years of related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using SQL building PowerBI dashboards, and querying large and/or complex data sets (Oracle, SQL Server and/or Amazon Redshift)
- Knowledge of both syndicated national and payer/ HCP level Commercial Pharmaceutical data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims and wholesaler data)
- Demonstrated expertise developing, managing, or supporting Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions in a business environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, IT, Data Management, or senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balance stakeholder needs, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Hybrid: Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
