Job Summary
In this role, you will facilitate the local implementation of Commercial strategies and drive continuous improvements within the Sales & Marketing team for Oncology in Japan. Responsibilities include leading process improvements for scalability and quality, overseeing governance and compliance for promotional materials, managing local Healthcare Professional contracting requests, and collaborating on the execution of oncology-related meetings and events. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses strong project management skills, and has experience in data visualization and storytelling. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and familiarity with Japan’s biopharmaceutical market dynamics are also essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience in Commercial roles
- 5 years of global Commercial Operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
