Job Summary

Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Monetization to own deal desk governance, evaluate non-standard deals, pricing exceptions, discounting and contract structures; review deal profitability, payment economics, implementation complexity, and long-term customer value; establish approval frameworks and commercial guardrails; partner across Sales, Finance, Payments Operations, and Customer Operations; improve revenue quality, monetization consistency, and gross margin; analyze SaaS and payment monetization across the customer lifecycle and drive automation opportunities; requires 7+ years in related roles and strong analytical/financial modeling skills; on-site roles across Paystand hubs (Santa Cruz, SF, Austin, Minneapolis) and in Mexico (Mexico City, Hermosillo, Guadalajara).

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Strategy, Strategic Finance, RevOps, or Business Operations within SaaS or payments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and transaction/payment monetization models
  • Experience operating within strategic deal desk and commercial approval environments
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Payments, and Customer Operations
  • Highly structured operator with strong business judgment and bias toward outcomes

Desired Qualifications
