Job Summary
Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A responsible for leading the financial analysis team focused on commercial activities within manufacturing. Oversees financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting; collaborates across departments to gather financial information; conducts variance analysis and presents findings to senior management; provides insights for financial decision-making; develops and maintains financial models for strategic planning; ensures compliance with financial regulations and industry standards; develops and implements financial strategies to support commercial growth in manufacturing; analyzes market trends and their impact on operations; collaborates with sales/marketing to forecast revenue and expenses; evaluates the financial performance of commercial projects and provides improvement recommendations; requires leadership/mentorship, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and 7+ years of experience in manufacturing/CPG FP&A; in-office, full-time role in Doral, FL with a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing/CPG sector
- Ability to lead a team and mentor analysts
- Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
- Proficient in financial software and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting
