Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership by challenging assumptions, shaping strategy, and driving accountability. Own the commercial demand forecast, ensuring rigor and alignment to targets, while delivering monthly performance insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and actions. Leverage data analytics to uncover trends, build financial models, and provide competitive intelligence that informs commercial strategy. Lead annual planning and long-range strategy components, partnering cross-functionally to translate objectives into executable financial plans. Drive process simplification and standardization across forecasting and reporting to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong modeling and data skills
- Excel
- ERP and financial systems

- CPA or advanced degree
