Job Summary
Lead regional financial reporting, analysis and planning for the Americas, partnering with business, supply chain, R&D and procurement to drive profitable growth. Deliver KPI reporting, margin insights, and pricing guidance; develop monthly forecasts and a 5-year growth plan; oversee budgeting cycles and cost accounting in a manufacturing context; ensure data integrity, process improvements, and timely financial close. Requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/SAP and CPM/OneStream, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; 7+ years in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred; US work authorization and confidentiality required. Located in Atlanta, GA (on-site).
