Job Summary
Lead financial reporting, analysis, and planning for the Americas region by providing insights on sales pricing, margins, and market performance to support business decisions. Manage annual budget cycles, develop monthly volume and margin forecasts, and create a five-year growth plan including organic and acquisition modeling. Execute month-end closing procedures, maintain regional product costing, and ensure data integrity through ERP systems and continuous process improvements. Partner with business, supply chain, R&D, and procurement teams to deliver profitable growth while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting external audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years' experience in financial reporting, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong understanding of cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Strong, established financial analysis skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent Analytical skills, ability to read and translate data into information
- Self-starter with ability to complete projects start-to-finish
- Must be trustworthy with confidential information
- Strong communication skills; must be able to work effectively with peers and all levels of Company management
- Team player with ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams
- Proactive and well organized
- Consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems
- Must be at least 18 years or age
