Job Summary
Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence based in Riyadh leads KPI development, field force effectiveness, CRM oversight, and AI-driven initiatives to optimize field strategies, performance management, and overall commercial excellence. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT) to align CEM strategies, drive data-driven decisions, manage territory allocations, design incentive schemes, oversee InterAct/MCCP data, and develop training programs to elevate frontline performance. Oversees Omnichannel HCP engagement strategies, market research, data governance and ethics, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and sustainable growth. On-site/field-based role with structure supporting site-essential, hybrid or remote-by-design arrangements as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field
- MBA is Preferrable
