Job Summary
Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence leads a team of commercial-excellence professionals to optimize sales force effectiveness, including demand planning, sales forecasting, incentive design and payouts, territory design and planning, and cross-functional KPI analysis. The role manages CRM data and related systems, collaborates with marketing, finance, sales, and training, and defines data architecture and reporting tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years of experience in sales/marketing/finance/commercial excellence (with MBA preferred), and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Fabric; strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Location is Lake Forest, IL, USA. The compensation range is $129,300 to $258,700 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer or data science, engineering or healthcare related field
- Experience: Minimum 7 years work experience in sales, marketing, finance or commercial excellence or a combination of work experience and advanced degree education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Salesforce.com environments or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams
- Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree MBA
