Job Summary
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of end-to-end collections and recoveries strategies across the lifecycle using decision engines and predictive models. Own the full strategy lifecycle—from design and simulation to testing, deployment, and performance monitoring—translating business objectives into effective decisioning rules. Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver data-driven insights, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive improvements in recoveries, losses reduction, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in collections strategy, risk decisioning, or analytics within financial services
- Hands-on experience with decision engines (FICO TRIAD, FICO DM, CGI Strata, or similar)
- Strong end-to-end collections expertise, including recoveries
- SQL, SAS or equivalent
- Proven track record designing, testing, and deploying strategies at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to simplify complex concepts
- Good understanding of risk management, portfolio economics, and regulatory requirements
