Job Summary
Senior Manager, Cloud Operations & Digital Workplace leads cloud operations, end-user technology, and service delivery to support employees, manufacturing operations, and growth. Own and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and other enterprise platforms; drive automation and process improvements; partner with Information Security on identity, endpoint, and access management practices. Manages IT service delivery across incidents, requests, changes, and problem resolution; oversees endpoint management, patching, device compliance, and governance; supports disaster recovery and business continuity. Develops and tracks operational metrics (uptime, SLA performance, user satisfaction, service quality); manages relationships with technology vendors and MSPs; builds and develops a high-performing cloud operations and support team. Qualifications include 7+ years in cloud/IT operations, leadership of technical teams, expertise in Azure/Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Intune, experience with enterprise SaaS, ITSM familiarity, automation/monitoring, modern identity and endpoint security concepts, strong communication and problem-solving skills; Azure/M365/ITIL certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure, IT operations, or related technology functions
- Prior experience leading technical teams and driving operational improvements
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and cloud-first technology environments
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, endpoint management, and identity services
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational best practices
- Experience implementing automation, monitoring, and operational tooling
- Strong understanding of modern identity, access management, and endpoint security concepts
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus
