Job Summary
Maintain IT infrastructure components including GCC Azure, AWS, firewalls, load balancers, and Microsoft/Google platforms while troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations. Manage risks, audits, and contracts by engaging security teams, conducting regular assessments, and overseeing third-party vendor specifications. Drive new capabilities and projects to enhance digital productivity, setting scope, outcomes, and user experience standards across on-premise and cloud environments. Oversee TP and vendor teams to meet service standards, collect usage data, and develop operational processes. Represent TP in Joint IHL projects and collaborate with internal peers to set the IT roadmap and coordinate policies.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields
- at least 10 years of IT working experience
- at least 5 years of dealing with end users
- 3 years in team management
- Azure/AWS certifications
- ITIL4 certifications
- Proven project and user management skill sets
- good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Relevant industry certification(s) such as MS Azure administrator certification or Project Management Professional (PMP)
