Job Summary
Lead clinical demand and supply planning, translating protocol requirements into packaging run schedules to ensure uninterrupted trial execution. Determine vaccine and comparator needs based on site volume, shelf life, and risk, then manage cold-chain logistics, inventory reconciliation, and temperature excursion resolution across depots and clinical sites. Develop detailed project plans for each packaging run, collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory labeling and batch record approvals in Veeva, and monitor trial execution against supply continuity metrics. Maintain the clinical supply dashboard and batch genealogy database while ensuring compliant inventory disposal at trial end.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- 9+ years' experience working in Clinical Supply Management
- Experience working with Blinded personnel and clinical supplies
- Working knowledge of current GMP
- Experience leading Cross-Functional teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Hybrid (minimum of 2-3 days per week onsite)
