Job Summary
Senior Manager, Clinical Science, Self Care role responsible for serving as clinical strategy lead for new product innovations and clinical programs across development stages, coordinating design, execution, and reporting of clinical studies, representing clinical strategies in health authority interactions, shaping claims and substantiation strategies and communicating to consumers and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely production of investigator brochures, study protocols, and clinical study reports for regulatory filings, and building strong cross-functional partnerships to advance R&D for over-the-counter products. Requires an advanced degree (PhD/PharmD/MD) and extensive experience in clinical development programs and regulatory submissions, plus strong communication skills and ability to work in a global environment; location Helsingborg, Sweden onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., PhD or PharmD or MD)
- Experience mapping out and leading full clinical development programs for regulatory submission
- Experience in developing clinical designs and methodologies with execution of clinical studies
- Experience in developing compelling claims & communication strategies and translating scientific evidence into robust claims substantiation
- Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience/leadership in a people/team management capacity is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) preferred
