Job Summary
Senior Manager, Clinical Programs will own and scale the Cardiology and Substance Use Disorder clinical programs, designing and implementing the clinical frameworks that define Carrum's standard of care. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle from protocol design to cross-functional execution, partner with Product, Growth, Commercial, Client Success, and Provider Support to ensure clinical integrity aligns with business velocity, and drive data-driven improvements in patient outcomes. The role requires leveraging a strong nursing leadership background, RN licensure, and experience in high-growth healthcare environments to build scalable, tech-enabled clinical programs while navigating a remote-first, US-focused work model.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management
- Current RN license
- Experience in Substance Use Disorder
- Background in Cardiology preferred or cardiology certifications
- Experience in program development and scaling clinical services
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Commercial, Client Success, and Provider Support
- Data-driven approach to clinical outcomes and service delivery
- Entrepreneurial, startup mindset and ability to operate with limited direction
