Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Clinical Partner Outsourcing is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of clinical studies through developing supplier contracts, managing negotiations with CROs and suppliers, and addressing commercial and operational challenges. The role entails driving operational support, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, generating preliminary cost estimates for budgeting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Candidates should have at least 7 years in the pharmaceutical or clinical research environment, and expertise in supplier relationship management, contract management, and project management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research environment
- Experience supporting a complex organization
- Proven experience in clinical procurement, contract management, or supplier relationship management
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience in contract negotiations, financial analysis and budget management
- Familiarity with CRO and clinical outsourcing models
- Sound understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
