Job Summary
Provide therapeutic and operational expertise throughout the program/project delivery lifecycle for CNS franchise projects. Ensure proper resource allocation and act as the main contact for the Project Management Franchise Lead, presenting at proposal defense and client meetings as needed. Collaborate with the Therapeutic team to develop delivery strategies, train LCRAs on clinical scope including SOP review and QI/CAPA, and coordinate efforts between Project Management, Site Management, and Study Start Up. Establish regular communication on quality metrics, data query status, and resource health while conducting performance reviews for direct reports. Requires 10 years of clinical research experience, 2 years in management, and CNS trial expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college curriculum with a major concentration in biological, physical, health, pharmacy or other related science
- 8 years clinical research experience as a clinical research associate
- 10 years clinical research experience as a clinical research associate
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Experience with CNS trials
