Senior Manager Clinical Operations (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and oversee complex global Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas while managing CROs and vendors. Drive protocol activities through the project lifecycle to ensure targets meet timelines, budget, and quality expectations. Lead cross-functional teams, manage inspection readiness, and oversee CAPAS for clinical programs. Handle financial planning, including budget, accruals, and forecasts. Prepare clinical program updates and contribute to SOP development. Support sponsor oversight via site visits, including Site Initiation Visits and Co-Monitoring Visits. Manage agency requirements for clinical packages and plans.
Required Qualifications
- Advance degree in life sciences (graduate degree), e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals
- At least 7 years' experience in clinical research in industry
- At least 5 years in clinical trial management
- Understanding GxP and global requirements
- Strong project management skillsets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage cross functional teams
- Ability to deal with complex situations and drive solution orientated thinking
- Fluent in English
- Excellent team player
- Ability to work under high pressure and pronounced resiliency
- Experience working in an international and cross-functional team
- Ability to present and defend the perspective
- Experience in Microsoft project
- Experience in Excel
- Experience in Power point
