Job Summary
Senior Manager, Clinical Operations based in the UK (Uxbridge) leading a cross-functional clinical operations team across Northern Europe, responsible for end-to-end delivery of clinical trials (Phase I–IV), supervising CRAs and other staff, coordinating with study sites and health authorities, shaping resourcing and performance management, ensuring compliance and quality with inspections and CAPA processes; requires travel to UK/Ireland sites (0–1 per month); 50% in-office presence with a hybrid occupancy model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical Clinical Research or Medical Affairs
- Hands-on monitoring experience in Phase I–IV programmes
- Leadership of teams and/or functions (line management, mentoring)
- Experience driving project deliverables and people leadership
- Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH Guidelines, and clinical research regulations
- Life Sciences degree (or equivalent)
