Job Summary
Monitor study activities, enrollment, and visit schedules for inpatient and outpatient studies while serving as the primary point of contact for daily site issues. Lead and train Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, and Laboratory Technicians, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of key site personnel. Oversee facility maintenance, drug room security, and vendor contracts for laboratories and imaging, ensuring ALCOA-compliant documentation and proper handling of participant safety events. Represent the site at PSSVs and SIVs, collaborate with regulatory teams to build source documents, and generate performance reports for leadership and sponsors. This full-time role reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations at Adams Clinical's Boston location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience in clinical research
- Must be able to provide documentation verifying their identity and authorization to work in the United States
- Must complete Form I-9 within the required timeframe
- Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial protocols
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical research experience preferred
- hands-on experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus
- Prior research site management experience is a plus
