Job Summary
Senior MSAT Manager responsible for end-to-end technology transfer for molecules into receiving manufacturing sites within the Clinical Supply Center (CSC). Lead cross-functional teams, coach and mentor staff, oversee regulatory filings and Quality Events, and drive continuous improvement to reduce lead times and increase throughput. Collaborate with global teams to ensure network alignment, implement standardized tech transfer workflows, and apply Lean/Agile principles to operational excellence in a GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 12-15 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience (10-13 years with Master’s Degree preferred)
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience leading in technical or operational function
- Ability to execute complex projects in a GMP environment
- Understand current GMP requirements and regulations
- Strong strategic thinker
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
