Job Summary
Senior Manager, Clinical Data Ingestion leads the ingestion of clinical data feeds into clinical data review platforms (e.g., Veeva CDB, Elluminate, JReview) to enable efficient, high-quality review. Responsibilities include building and scaling reusable ingestion frameworks, monitoring transfers and KPIs, applying automated QC/validation, ensuring data contracts and auditability, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain source-to-consumer data flow. Requires strong ETL/ELT operations experience, hands-on data formats (CSV/JSON/XML), SQL with Python proficiency, and familiarity with regulated clinical data processes. Required Qualifications
- BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 7+ years in data ingestion/integration
- Experience ingesting data into clinical data review systems (e.g., Veeva CDB, Elluminate, JReview) or similar
- Strong SQL skills; Python or similar scripting
- Ability to design reusable ingestion components
- Knowledge of EDC/CTMS and vendor data feeds
- Experience with CSV, JSON, XML and file/API integrations
- Understanding of data quality, lineage, and auditability in regulated environments
