Job Summary
Own ShopMy's post-sales enablement function end to end, setting strategy across enterprise, growth, and SMB segments. Develop and maintain onboarding materials, objection-handling resources, messaging guides, and playbooks that Client Strategy Managers use to drive commercial outcomes. Build onboarding ramp programs and ongoing training on product launches and core skills to raise team performance. Partner with Client Strategy leadership to embed coaching into team rhythms, including Gong call reviews and deal deep dives. Define and track leading indicators anchored to retention and growth outcomes. Serve as the bridge between Client Strategy and cross-functional GTM partners, translating context into support for Managers. This role connects Client Strategy, Product, and Product Marketing to turn business priorities into actionable playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years in enablement, learning, or capability building at a high-growth B2B company
- Proven track record building programs at scale for customer-facing teams - this org is 40+ people today
- Commercial context experience in sales, post-sales, or customer-facing enablement (driving growth outcomes, not just service outcomes)
- Instructional design that drives adoption - a track record of building content and training that busy post-sales teams actually use because it helps in real client situations
- Experience in a product-led org
- Excellent communicator - async, live, and everything in between - who can make complex things simple and get teams to adopt new behaviors
- Self-starter, comfortable building from zero in ambiguity
- Strong cross-functional instincts, building trust quickly and influencing stakeholders without authority
- Dynamic teacher/trainer with strong facilitation and coaching instincts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience standing up a post-sales, customer enablement, or revenue enablement function for the first time
- Background as a CSM, AE, or other commercial customer-facing role before moving into enablement
- B2B experience
- Experience supporting teams through major product launches and rollout motions
- AI-forward - experience with core AI tools and evidence of thinking about enablement in an AI-first way
- NYC-based is a plus, but not required
