Job Summary
Senior Manager will drive client-growth and deliver insight-led sales solutions for Stop & Shop/ADUSA, managing end-to-end sales processes, collaborating cross-functionally, and leveraging Circana platforms to deliver measurable revenue growth. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, identify opportunities to expand client relationships, and maintain industry expertise to position Circana as a trusted advisor. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days on-site at the client’s Quincy, MA office, with ongoing engagement across the Northeast US. Responsibilities include delivering insight-led solutions, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, partnering with internal teams, building strategic relationships with client stakeholders, utilizing Circana tools (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite), and achieving revenue targets while championing client success and providing market feedback for product development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of Analytical experience - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industry knowledge a plus but not required
- Experience working with various types of datasets through business applications and manual manipulation
- Highest level of attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to create complex Excel formulas a plus
