Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in real estate development, engineering or architectural design, construction management, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in real estate development, engineering or architectural design, construction management, project management, or related area
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and building codes and ordinances, permitting, and licensing processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience resolving complex design and construction issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
