Job Summary
Senior Manager, City Operations Program Management leads cross-functional program management across City Operations, develops and maintains the integrated City Operations roadmap, owns the City Operations budget model and financial insights, and serves as a key interface to senior leadership to enable coordinated operational delivery for the LA28 Games. The role requires partnering with municipal stakeholders, steering multi-workstream initiatives, and guiding strategic planning, workforce/resource allocation, risk tracking, and executive updates. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred. Onsite in Downtown Los Angeles. 7+ years in related fields or 5+ years in management consulting, proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools, and experience building financial models and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in program management, finance, or business operations (or 5+ years management consulting)
- Experience with financial modeling, budgets, schedules, or service plans
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
