Job Summary
Lead enterprise strategy, growth, and retention for Fifth Third's Collective Investment Trust (CIT) platform within Institutional Services. Establish governance frameworks ensuring regulatory alignment and fiduciary standards while overseeing operational design, systems infrastructure, and external vendor relationships. Partner cross-functionally with Investment Management, Sales, Risk, and Legal to deliver scalable solutions and drive asset growth and client retention. Monitor platform performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and strengthen the bank's competitive position in the institutional marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in institutional investment management, trust/custody, retirement services, or related financial services
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, platform management, product management, or related leadership roles
- Experience working with Collective Investment Trusts (CITs) or similar institutional investment vehicles
