Job Summary
Lead process transformation and improvement projects within Finance using Continuous Improvement methodologies, driving timely results and maintaining accountability across APAC. Identify and quantify process-improvement opportunities, assess risks, and work with Deployment Leaders and functional managers to implement solutions and remove organizational barriers. Participate in project selection to determine benefits and recommend resources, while organizing, planning, and communicating project status. Train and mentor team members in DMAIC and 7 Step methodologies, modeling operational excellence and influencing decision-makers to motivate change.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced degree
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience (for advanced degree)
- Adequate project management work experience
- Minimum 10 years project management experience
- Experience handling process transformation
- Experience handling ERP implementation
