Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Channel Engagement and Communication will lead and manage the core functions of Partnership Engagement & Strategy, aligning department objectives with business goals focused on claims cost containment and corporate engagement. This role involves building strong cross-functional partnerships, educating agents on SMART/preferred panels, promoting GP steerage, training agents on the claims journey, and analyzing claim patterns. The Senior Manager will also act as the editor-in-chief of agent circulars, develop a structured content calendar, optimize communication channels, and manage partnerships with healthcare providers and associations.
