Job Summary
Senior Manager, Change Management Office leads Nutrien’s enterprise Organizational Change Management Centre of Expertise, shaping global change strategy, governance, and readiness across portfolios. Responsible for strategic advisory to senior leaders, development of enterprise-wide governance practices, and leading a scalable OCM service delivery model. Manages internal OCM staff and contractors, optimizes resource capacity, and ensures adoption and value realization of change initiatives. Builds and governance routines for change metrics, dashboards, and insights; leads the OCM Community of Practice and collaborates with Corporate PMO. Brings extensive PM experience (10+ years) and leadership (4+ years), with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications in PM/change management valued. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, execution, and financial-management capabilities are required to drive enterprise change across a global organization in the agriculture sector.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience with corporate-based teams
