Job Summary

Senior Manager, Change Management and Communications to design and execute change management and communications strategies for high-priority HR initiatives globally. Responsibilities include leading focus groups and insights gathering, impact and risk analyses, stakeholder analyses, creating and distributing internal communications and engagement tactics (presentations, emails, webinars, intranet content, videos, and creative materials), partnering with HR to measure success across full lifecycle deployments, addressing issues and risks, and translating business needs into change and engagement solutions. Requires strong writing/editing, ability to translate complex information into a digestible narrative, facilitation and influencing skills, program/project management experience, and the ability to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors across diverse audiences. Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate degree preferred; minimum six years of experience in change management/communications.”,
