Job Summary
Lead Operations Planning, Performance Monitoring & Performance Management for Air India Cargo Operations at ~100+ India stations; oversee budgeting and resource planning, monitor cargo operations performance using KPIs, coordinate with regional cargo teams and HQ for incident escalation, visit stations to identify gaps in ground handling and develop improvement plans, drive process optimization, implement operational excellence strategies, and develop contingency plans for disruptions while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a related field
- 10-12 years of experience in cargo operations, logistics, supply chain, transportation
- 15+ years of experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on cargo operations and performance management
- Knowledge of Industry Standards
- Experience with safety and security protocols and regulatory compliance
