Job Summary
Senior Manager will support fundraising activities and development of financing structures for AI infrastructure deployments and partnerships, evaluate capital structures including debt and structured equity, build financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments, assist with M&A and corporate development, and prepare materials for management, the Board, and investors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years in investment banking, structured finance, infrastructure finance, project finance, private equity, venture debt, or strategic finance
- Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills
- Experience with complex financing structures preferred
- Interest in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and technology
- High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure preferred
