Job Summary
Senior Manager resource to amplify the CD&E team's output by owning cross-pillar coordination and handling complex tactical work between pillars. Drives tactical/analytical tasks independently, ensures operational momentum as the team scales to enterprise Supply Chain level, and steps into tools, processes, metrics, training, or IT roadmap with minimal direction. Protects senior team capacity for strategic work and serves as the bench the team currently lacks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience in supply chain management, training, development, project management
- Deep experience in program coordination, operations, or a COE/PMO environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Strong written communication skills—able to produce SteerCo materials, SOPs, and executive-ready reporting
- Proficient in Jira, SharePoint/LMS, and data reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships independently
- Strong analytical skills—able to conduct benchmarking, synthesize findings, and produce recommendations
- High adaptability; comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-moving, scaling organization
- Supply Chain or manufacturing operations experience preferred
