Manage omnichannel communications including Branch, Direct Mail, Email, Mobile App, and Web while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Next Best Offer strategies. Oversee a team of analytical and business professionals to translate business requirements into integrated campaigns, balancing stakeholder objectives with customer satisfaction. Establish KPIs for engagement and retention, monitor performance continuously, and champion new technologies such as machine learning to drive revenue and Net Promoter Score. Ensure all messaging adheres to compliance policies and maintains consistency across diverse customer profiles.
