Job Summary

Lead the North America transformation portfolio to deliver measurable business impact (EBITA), strengthening financial performance and enabling regional growth. Prioritize, sequence, and govern initiatives to align resources and execution focus, translating portfolio performance, risks, and trade-offs into clear executive-level insights. Establish governance routines including KPI tracking, benefit realization, milestone reviews, and risk escalation to create visibility on delivery health and leadership actions required. Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Metal Procurement, Operations, and Finance to build alignment, drive accountability, and accelerate decision-making. Develop an executive dashboard and manage leadership meeting routines to ensure forums are decision-oriented and focused on follow-through. Lead a small team responsible for portfolio analytics, executive reporting, and value realization tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related analytical field
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
