Job Summary
Lead business transformation projects from initiation to completion, acting as the central point of contact between diverse stakeholders across banking, insurance, energy, and telecommunications sectors. Guide team members through their development while managing internal responsibilities within OKR squads to shape Algol's active evolution. Provide expert consulting on process analysis, optimization, and project leadership to clients in various industries, ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires a minimum of five years in large-scale projects with a focus on business analytics and requires fluency in both German (C1) and English. Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einem verwandten Studiengang
- Fundierte Erfahrung in (Groß-) Projekten (min. 5 Jahre) mit Fokus auf Business Analytics, Prozessanalyse/- optimierung und Projekt- oder Programmleitung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit

Desired Qualifications

- Entsprechende Zertifizierungen (GPM/IPMA, Prince2, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe)
